Terms and Conditions
We outline the prices of costs included in the standard quotes. The additional expenses listed are optional, and the customer will be free to avail themselves of them or not.
INCLUDED COSTS: Weekly prices include final cleaning fees, electricity, water, and gas consumption. 24/7 Wi-Fi internet access. Use of the pool and covered outdoor parking. One weekly change of bed and bath linen per person. Grill and wood-fired oven. One cycle of laundry.
EXTRA EXPENSES: Extra bed (including linen): €25 per week, crib and high chair (included).
We provide a weekly change of linen. Additional sets requested are subject to payment: Complete linen set: €15 per person. Bath linen set: €10 per person.
Presence of pets: €30 per stay. One laundry cycle is included, additional cycles €4.00 each (detergent excluded). Heating based on consumption.
INSURANCE: For any eventuality, we recommend taking out travel insurance.
REGULATION :
The delivery of the apartments takes place on Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; in case of delay from the established time, the customer is kindly requested to inform the facility by calling one of the reference numbers. The apartments must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, they must be left in order, and the garbage must be taken away. Upon your departure, each apartment will be checked by a responsible person to verify any damages caused. In case damages are found, they will be quantified and reimbursed by the customer. The management declines all responsibility for possible thefts or loss of objects. Maximum respect for rest from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Pets are allowed, but with the obligation to observe the following rules in respect of other guests and the surrounding environment:
- Animals must not be allowed to roam freely without a leash in the area adjacent to the houses, but we have plenty of space to entertain your faithful friend.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring animals into the pool. There are 2 areas adjacent to the pool specifically dedicated to them.
- The owner must ensure the cleaning of the animal’s physiological needs.
- Any damages caused will be quantified and charged to the customer.
- An additional fee of 30 euros per week will be added to the weekly list price for extra cleaning.
POOL :
We inform our customers that the pool is open from May to mid-October, every day all day long, and there are no fences delimiting it. Please do not enter the water when cleaning is in progress. Please be careful with children; the management declines all responsibility for any accidents related to the incorrect use of the pool itself. It is mandatory to shower before entering the water. Swimming with clothes is not allowed. It is forbidden to introduce animals into the water and any other object that may dirty the pool.
